Before booking, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation and refund guidelines. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all users.

All bookings are final and cannot be canceled & non-refundable; no refunds will be issued for any cancellations made by the customer once the trip has been booked.

However, refunds for cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the watercraft provider.

Refunds will be processed and transferred to the customer's bank account provided at the time of booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring that accurate bank account details are supplied for this purpose.

• Boatmu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the vacation package due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather-related issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.

• Accepted bookings cannot be cancelled by the service provider.
• However, in certain cases, service providers may cancel bookings via their dashboard for unavoidable reasons that can include boat damage, or adverse weather conditions.
• Users will be notified through email of any changes to the booked trip.
• Full refunds are issued if provider-initiated cancellations before the trip date.

• Provider reserves the right to cancel based on weather or other conditions.
• Weather cancellations are valid within 24 hours or less before the trip.
• Full refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.

• Boat Providers have the right to burn a booking from users who do not show up without notifying within an hour before the trip starts. In such a case, users are not eligible for a refund.

• Trips will be cancelled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the boat's capacity as listed.
